Racine Community Health Center Is Looking For an Intern

The Racine Community Health Center (RCHC) is seeking a dynamic Community Outreach Intern that is available evenings and weekends to engage in neighborhood canvassing and represent us at community events. You will drive awareness, connect with residents, and attract new patients while promoting our services in a friendly and inviting manner. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in neighborhood canvassing to connect with residents and promote our services.
  • Represent RCHC at community events, conveying our mission and benefits to potential patients.
  • Ability to communicate with people of all education levels to encourage consideration of our services.
  • Assist in creating outreach materials and contribute to event planning.
  • Show cultural sensitivity, especially with African-American and Hispanic communities.
